Santi Vista Villas - Phase 2

Santi Vista Villas – Phase 2 is a recently launched residential development in Koh Samui, continuing the concept established in the first phase. The project builds on a small-scale approach, with a focus on layout, orientation, and privacy, while maintaining elevated sea views across the development.

The architecture follows a consistent contemporary language, combining open-plan interiors with large glazed openings that frame the surrounding landscape. The design emphasises spatial clarity and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living areas.

As a continuation of Santi Vista Phase 1, the project reflects an ongoing approach to design, planning, and delivery, extending the development with a new collection of residences.
