Santi Residences is a new residential development in Koh Samui, currently in preparation for launch. The project continues LDR Group’s approach to planning, design, and construction, building on experience gained across previous developments while introducing a refined direction for future projects.

Early concepts explore a balance between architectural simplicity and functionality, creating residences that respond to both the surrounding environment and long-term usability.
