Santi Tara Villas

Santi Tara Villas is a completed residential development of private pool villas in Koh Samui, set within a tropical landscape. The project was planned to create a balanced living environment, with a layout that prioritises privacy, natural light, and a clear connection to the outdoors.

The architecture follows a simple and functional approach, combining open-plan interiors with outdoor spaces that extend the living areas of each villa. The design focuses on usability and spatial clarity, allowing the villas to function comfortably as both private residences and long-term stays.

Now completed and sold out, Santi Tara Villas forms part of the LDR Group portfolio, reflecting a consistent approach to planning, construction, and delivery.
