Villa Santa Lucia

Built on a hillside plot in Bang Por, Koh Samui, the villa was designed around its strongest asset: open sea views. The completed residence offers approximately 450 sqm of living area, five sea-view bedrooms, a large private pool, generous indoor-outdoor living spaces, and a private sea-view elevator — one of its most distinctive features.

The project reflects LDR Group’s focus on delivering bespoke villas with strong architecture, practical layouts, and careful execution. Villa Santa Lucia is a one-off residence created for luxury island living and premium short-term rentals.
