Villa Santa Lucia

Villa Santa Lucia is a completed private residence in Koh Samui, developed as a one-off project with a focus on location, layout, and architectural clarity. Positioned to capture open sea views, the villa was designed to respond directly to its setting while maintaining a strong and balanced composition.

The design combines open-plan living spaces with large glazed openings and outdoor areas that extend the interior towards the landscape. The layout emphasises proportion, natural light, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments.

Delivered as a bespoke project, Villa Santa Lucia reflects LDR Group’s ability to approach residential development at different scales, from individual residences to multi-villa projects, while maintaining a consistent focus on design, construction, and execution.
