Santi Vista Villas - Phase 1

Santi Vista Villas – Phase 1 is a completed residential development of three private pool villas in Koh Samui, positioned to take advantage of elevated sea views. The project was designed as a small-scale first phase, allowing for a focused approach to layout, orientation, and privacy.

The architecture follows a clean and contemporary language, with open-plan interiors and large glazed openings that frame the surrounding landscape. Each villa is arranged to maximise views while maintaining a clear and functional connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

All three villas in Phase 1 have been completed, forming a compact and well-defined development within the LDR Group portfolio. A second phase has been launched separately, continuing the concept with a new collection of residences.
