Santi Pura Villas

Santi Pura Villas is a completed residential development of nine villas in Koh Samui, positioned on a steep hillside with open sea views. The project was shaped by the natural slope of the land, requiring a careful approach to planning, layout, and construction.

A defining feature of Santi Pura is its distinctive roof design, which gives the development a clear architectural identity while helping each villa sit naturally within its surroundings. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, open living spaces, and private pools were integrated to strengthen the connection between the interiors, the landscape, and the views.
